Free vs. Pro

By the end of this page you will know exactly what is free, what is Pro, and — importantly — what happens to a form you already built if a Pro license is removed or lapses.

The free version is built to produce a genuinely excellent form on its own: create a beautiful, accessible, reliable form without paying. Pro is for turning that form into a business process: make it complete itself, route itself and move your operation, without manual follow-up.

Free: build an excellent form Pro: turn it into a business process
The builder, all 19 field types, templates, palettes, light/dark/automatic mode, accessibility and entry management Multi-page forms (the page break field), a progress indicator, and save and continue later
Conditional logic for fields Custom flows: additional notifications, conditions on notifications (routing), and attachments
Two default notifications (admin and participant) and one confirmation, all fully editable Adding and duplicating more notifications and confirmations, and conditions on confirmations
One file per upload field Up to 10 files per upload field
Anti-spam, response limits, scheduling, required login, CSV/Excel export and the privacy tools —

Nothing about design, accessibility, export, privacy, or the conditional logic that makes the builder useful on its own is held back for Pro. There is no artificial cap on fields, submissions or entries anywhere in the free version.

TrazoForms never deletes or breaks what you already built when a license lapses:

  • Multi-page forms: an existing multi-page form is shown as a single page, with every field and any already-collected answers intact. You lose the ability to create a new page break, not what was already there. Reactivating Pro brings the paging back exactly as it was.
  • Notifications and confirmations: any you already created keep sending, keep their conditions and attachment settings, and can still be edited, turned off, reordered or removed. You lose the ability to add or duplicate another one, not what already exists.
  • File uploads: a field already accepting several files keeps accepting that many. You lose the ability to raise the limit on a field, or set a new field above one file.

Continue to Accessibility to see what every published form gets, in both versions.
