Refund policy

Every TrazoForms Pro license comes with a 30-day guarantee.

The guarantee

If, within 30 days of buying a Pro license, the product is unusable for you and we are unable to resolve the problem, we will refund the full amount you paid for that purchase.

This is the same guarantee shown in the checkout window. It applies to the initial purchase of a Pro license.

How to request a refund

1. Write to us within 30 days of your purchase, from the email you bought with, and describe the problem.
2. We will first try to fix it. If we cannot, we refund you.
3. The refund goes back to the payment method you used, through Freemius, our authorized reseller. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

Once a purchase is refunded, its license is deactivated.

The free version

TrazoForms Free costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
