TrazoForms
TrazoForms is a form builder plugin for WordPress, written from scratch. It covers what a professional form builder is expected to do: conditional logic, email notifications, confirmations, entry management and export to CSV or Excel, with multi-page forms and advanced notifications in the Pro version. What sets it apart is deep visual customization, real internationalization and accessibility in every published form, all included in the free version.
Why TrazoForms
Conditional logic on both sides
Show or hide fields with rules that run live in the browser and again on the server, so a hidden field is never validated or saved.
Works without JavaScript
The public form, its validation and its confirmation messages all work on the server. JavaScript improves the experience but is never required.
Accessible published forms
Labels, help text and errors are linked for screen readers, choices are grouped with a legend, errors are never shown with color alone, and a summary links to each one.
Eleven color palettes
Eleven built-in palettes, from a neutral one in whites and greys to the boldest, each with a light and a dark version and every color pair checked for contrast.
Your data stays on your site
Your entries and uploaded files stay in your WordPress. No cookies, no tracking. The only external connection is optional: the Freemius opt-in, which you can skip.
Privacy built in
Entries don't store IP addresses. Personal data export and erasure use WordPress's own privacy tools, and exports are protected against spreadsheet formula injection.

Deliberately left out
- Fields that create WordPress posts
- Creating posts from form submissions is a niche use case. We will reconsider it if there is real demand.
- CAPTCHA
- Puzzles add friction and accessibility barriers. We use checks visitors never see: a hidden trap field and a minimum time to submit.
- Rich text editor for visitors
- Accepting HTML from visitors adds a cross-site scripting risk for a use case no form has needed so far.
Frequently asked questions
What is TrazoForms?
TrazoForms is a form builder plugin for WordPress, made by Two Digits Studio. It has a visual builder with a live preview, 19 field types in the free version, nine templates, conditional logic, editable email notifications and confirmations, and entry management with export to CSV or Excel. Published forms are accessible and work without JavaScript. The free version is on WordPress.org, and a paid Pro version adds multi-page forms and more.
Can I download TrazoForms?
Yes. The free version is in the WordPress.org plugin directory: in your dashboard go to Plugins → Add New Plugin and search for “TrazoForms”. The Pro version is available now: choose a plan on the pricing page and buy it with our reseller, Freemius. You can also try it first in the live demo, which runs WordPress in your browser.
Is TrazoForms free?
Yes. TrazoForms has a free version with the builder, all field types, the eleven palettes, conditional logic and entry management, and a paid Pro version for features such as multi-page forms and advanced notifications. Pro plans start at US$49 a year; see the pricing page.
Do my forms need JavaScript to work?
No. The public form, its validation and its confirmation messages all work without JavaScript. With JavaScript enabled, conditional fields update live and counters appear as you type.
What does TrazoForms Pro add?
Pro adds multi-page forms with a progress indicator, save and continue later, more than two notifications with their own conditions, several confirmations chosen by the answers, files attached to notifications, and up to 10 files per upload field. Plans are billed yearly in US dollars: US$49 for one site, US$119 for five sites and US$199 for unlimited sites, with a 30-day guarantee.
What does TrazoForms need to run?
WordPress 6.5 or later and PHP 7.4 or later.
Is TrazoForms accessible?
Yes, accessibility is built in. Every published form aims for WCAG 2.1 level AA without extra configuration: labels, help text and errors are linked to each field for screen readers, choices are grouped with a legend, errors are never shown with color alone, and an error summary links to each one.
Does TrazoForms send my data to other services?
Your forms' data does not leave your WordPress: entries and uploaded files stay in your own database, and TrazoForms sets no cookies and does not track visitors. The only external connection is optional: an opt-in with Freemius for updates, licensing and usage data, which you can skip and the plugin works the same. Emails go out through whatever email service your WordPress already uses.
Can I try TrazoForms before installing it?
Yes. The live demo runs WordPress in your browser with WordPress Playground, with the Pro features switched on, and opens a sample form. Nothing you do there is saved.
Is there a refund for TrazoForms Pro?
Yes. Pro licenses have a 30-day guarantee: if the product is unusable for you within 30 days of buying and we cannot fix the problem, we refund the purchase in full. The refund policy has the details.
Does TrazoForms use CAPTCHA?
No. Every form has a hidden trap field and a minimum time to submit, both on by default. Suspected spam goes to the Spam view without sending any email, and visitors never have to solve a puzzle.
Does it store visitors' IP addresses?
No. Entries store the submitted fields, not the visitor's IP address or the page they came from. Everything stays in your own WordPress database.
Can I translate the plugin?
Yes. The plugin is written in English, and WordPress delivers its translations from translate.wordpress.org. Spanish is being prepared; until a language is published there, it appears in English. Every visible text can be translated, and you can also add a private translation on your own site.
Can TrazoForms take payments?
Not yet. Payments are planned for the Pro version, later on.
